Lifecycle

Most lifecycle programs get built one channel at a time — email this quarter, push next quarter, SMS when budget allows — and never quite stitched together. The result is fragmented data, conflicting messages, and customers who unsubscribe from the channel they actually like. Lifecycle is the layer that ties it together.

Scope.

End-to-end lifecycle architecture across email, push, SMS, in-app, and onsite. Covers audience segmentation, retention programs, journey design, first-party data strategy, and lifecycle KPI modeling. Equally suited to new builds and rescue work on programs that have grown ad-hoc.

Deliverables.

Lifecycle audit and recommendation deck. Customer segmentation framework. Journey maps for each lifecycle stage. KPI model with leading and lagging indicators. Implementation roadmap with sequencing and owner assignments.

MarTech

Choosing a marketing technology platform is the highest-stakes decision a marketing team will make this decade. The wrong call costs years and seven figures to unwind. Most evaluations get run by people who use one platform daily and have never actually seen the alternatives operate.

Scope.

Independent assessment of CDP and ESP options across Adobe, Braze, Iterable, Bloomreach, Zeta, Klaviyo, and others. Covers requirements gathering, vendor scoring rubrics, capability mapping, contract review, and migration planning. No vendor partnerships — recommendations align with what your team can actually run, not what's easiest to sell.

Deliverables.

MarTech stack assessment and gap analysis. Weighted vendor scoring rubric. Shortlist recommendation memo with rationale. Negotiation support for finalists. Migration sequencing plan if a platform switch is recommended.

Team & Function Building

A CRM function isn't a team in the org-chart sense — it's a system of roles, decisions, and handoffs across marketing, engineering, data, legal, and product. Design it wrong and the platform never gets used. Design it right and you stop having weekly meetings to coordinate things that should be automatic

Scope.

Organizational design for new or restructuring CRM functions. Covers role sequencing, hiring frameworks, cross-functional alignment (Legal, IT, Data Engineering, Analytics, Product), operating model design, and change management. Capability assessment of existing team included where applicable.

Deliverables.

Function operating model and team blueprint. Role sequencing and hiring plan with prioritization. Job descriptions for each role. Cross-functional dependencies map. Change management playbook for the rollout.

How we work together

Three engagement structures. The right one depends on your timeline, your team's bandwidth, and the depth of the problem.

Monthly retainer.

Ongoing senior-level support, typically 10–20 hours per week. Best for organizations building lifecycle muscle or running multi-quarter MarTech transitions. $5,000–$10,000 per month.

Project-based.

Fixed-scope work with defined deliverables and timeline. Best for time-boxed problems: lifecycle audits, MarTech RFPs, function design sprints. Custom pricing based on scope.

Advisory / fractional.

Lighter-touch support, 4–8 hours per month, available between sessions for questions and reviews. Best for senior teams who need a sparring partner, not a doer. Custom monthly rate.
